Brad Meyer was a real pleasure to deal with! He made the entire transaction extremely easy and his pricing was right on after shopping around a bit. His service was without any problems and his dates were exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend him to my friends and relatives!

Brad was great in follow ups and communication. I was in a bind and he was able to make it happen while the other transports failed to respond. He also was very good regarding pricing quotes. Will definitely use again for moving.

I picked KVB based on the reviews I read (thanks to all), and upon some research into the process, I did via Google. Dave Cohen came across as genuine when I spoke to him and he was realistic about the process and risks involved. Brokers post customer orders on a board that drivers access and can accept. The broker gets paid when the order is filled. The integrity, industry and driver knowledge, and judgment of the broker are what the customer has to trust. They are the ultimate protection to ensure a good driver choice, but the contract ultimately depends upon the driver transporting the car. My car was transported by Antoine Haynes of Haynes Speedy Transport. He picked up the car in Dallas on Monday and delivered it to my door in Michigan on Wednesday. The condition was just the same as when the car was picked up. I am pleased all around and recommend these people. A great job for a fair price.

AMAZING -- AMAZING -- AMAZING customer service. I cannot even begin to convey what a pinch I was in with my Yukon and needing to move it on very short notice. After accepting and/or entering into contracts with two different companies, they both tried to raise their contracted price. Thankfully, I got in touch with Brad Meyer of KVB Auto Transport. I had very limited funds and Brad made it possible to get my car moved with the money I had. I told him the amount I had and he found a truck driver who could move it in that price range and Brad lowered his commission some in order to accommodate me. He even gave me one week to pay his part. Brad was such a tremendous help to me and made it possible to get my Yukon moved by my deadline. His driver got my Yukon moved and delivered the next morning, as promised. KVB Auto will be my go-to auto transporters for life!!

Daniel from KVB helped me ship my car from New Mexico all the way to Washington. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and felt I was in the right hands. From the time I called Daniel till drop off he was there for any questions or assistance. After booking with Daniel not even 24 hours passed before he contacted me to let me know my car was being picked up, exactly four days later and my car was in my hands. Thanks KVB and Daniel I’ll definitely be saving their number if I need another car shipped.

Shipping a car is like dealing with used car salesman. As soon as you post the phone calls and emails come flying in. Everyone has their story plus they put you in the old fear mode that you will be charged more when your car arrives or the company will not show up! As soon as a rep tells you that; hang up on them! Plain and simple all these reps are agents, making a commission. Only a few own their own fleets. The really good companies have a strong rapport with the trucking companies. That is where KVB auto transport comes in. Kevin was terrific, he was fair, honest, tremendous follow thru and knows how to treat his customers. You’re not going to find anyone better!

After having a bad shipping experience with another company last year I really didn’t know who to go with , but after speaking to Brad, Kevin, and Joel personally I knew I was in good hands. I did a coast to coast transfer and these guys answered all of my questions and returned all of my calls. The price was just right and my car was delivered in less than a week from FL to CA.

I made a deal with Kevin. The price was unbeatable. He was extremely polite and to the point, explaining to me how the process works, and he kept in touch with me through text and email. Got my BMW shipped enclosed and they did an amazing job. I was nervous but Daniel assured me that I would be ok. I will use KVB for all my other transports.

I booked a reservation with another company and they never answered my calls. My car was never picked up. KVB Auto got me express shipping and my car was picked up within 2 days. Thank god for KVB because my daughter needed the car for her autistic child. I will never use another company besides KVB.

KVB Auto was a little pricey but i went with them because of Brad’s knowledge. I ultimately made the best decision ever. very courteous and reliable. I will be using KVB Auto in the future.
