KVB Auto Transport Terms of Service are as follows:

KVB Auto Transport is a fully licensed and Bonded Transport Management Company. This agreement is solely between the customer and his, hers, or its authorized agents, (hereinafter referred to as (“Customer”), and KVB Auto Transport (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).

By entering into any contracts with the above mentioned KVB auto transport customer agrees to all bellow terms and conditions listed by the company. KVB Auto Transport reserves the right to change or modify these rights at any time.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that KVB Auto Transport is hereby authorized to arrange the shipment of the vehicle(s) stated in this agreement from the area of origin specified to the area of destination specified.

Charges, Cancellation & Refund Policy

The option to cancel a shipping order is available at any time, at no cost and with no cancellation fee, as long as the order has not yet been assigned (dispatched) to a Carrier (transporter). Our services are considered rendered when a Carrier (transporter) is assigned to an order.

Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours of the cancellation request.

Cancellation of an order must be submitted in writing via email sent to Kevin@KVBAUTOTRANSPORT.com

KVB Auto Transport does not accept or honor cancellations made via phone call.
Once a Carrier (transporter) has been assigned (dispatched) to a shipping order, KVB Auto Transport notifies Customer via email (to the email address provided at service booking).

If Customer decides to cancel the shipping order after a Carrier (transporter) has been assigned (dispatched), $199 cancellation fee will be assessed, as our services have been rendered. Any remaining balance will be refunded in full.

Customer agrees, acknowledges and authorizes that the previously agreed upon minimum deposit will be charged once the shipment order has been assigned to a carrier and has been dispatched for pick up. Any remaining balance will be paid by (COD) cash on delivery, money order or cashier’s check. No other form of payment will be accepted. Liability Disclaimer

1. At the time of pickup, Customer and Carrier will carefully inspect the vehicle for pre-existing damage (exterior only) by completing a vehicle inspection report recorded on the Bill of Lading. Carrier and Customer will both acknowledge the condition of the vehicle and Customer will sign and receive a copy of the Bill of Lading.
At the time of delivery, Customer and Carrier will carefully inspect the vehicle for possible damages incurred during transit. Carrier and Customer will both acknowledge the condition of the vehicle and Customer will sign and receive a final copy of the Bill of Lading.
Damage must be noted in the proper place on the Bill of Lading and signed by Customer regardless of weather conditions, time of day or day of week. Signing the Bill of Lading and inspection report without notation of any damage verifies that Customer has received his vehicle(s) in satisfactory condition, and that KVB Auto Transport, /Carrier and their agents are relieved of any further responsibility. Carrier damage claims are covered by a minimum of $1,000,000.00 public liability and property damage. All claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery. KVB Auto Transport will share the Carrier insurance policy details upon request. Customer agrees that KVB Auto Transport is not liable for any property damage claims to Customer’s vehicle and that his, her or its sole remedy is against the Carrier.

Customer agrees and understands that KVB Auto Transport. is a registered transportation and property broker and is acting solely in the capacity of a broker. Customer allows KVB Auto Transport. to contract with other licensed and insured Motor Carrier(s), (hereinafter referred to as “Carrier”), to transport the vehicle(s) described in this shipping order. KVB Auto Transport. and Carrier reserve the right to use multiple modes of transportation, including but not limited to truck, rail and ship.

Customer further agrees and understands that KVB Auto Transport sole responsibility in the transaction between the customer and KVB Auto Transport is to procure a carrier for shipment of the customer’s property. Customer understands that KVB Auto Transport never takes possession of, transports, or delivers the Customer’s property.
Customer agrees and understands that all claims for damage to property arising out or occurring during the taking possession of, transporting, or delivery of Customer’s property falls under the Carmack Amendment, if the transport is interstate.

2. The customer agrees to advise KVB Auto Transport of any oversized vehicles (ie limos, any extra-large vehicles) or inoperable vehicles (ie not running and unable to be driven). If the customer fails to advise KVB Auto Transport of the above there will be an additional charge assessed the customer that will be based on cost acquired by the company and will be determined at said time. Neither KVB Auto Transport nor the carrier is responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle (s), nor any damage caused to the vehicle for excessive or improper loading of personal items. KVB Auto Transport will provide a carrier to transport the vehicles as promptly as possible. Customer agrees to release KVB Auto Transport of any or all responsibility due to bad weather conditions road conditions and any act of god. All delivery dates are only estimates. KVB Auto Transport cannot guarantee pick up or delivery of vehicles on a specific date or time. There is a 1 to a 5 day window for pickup.

The assigned carrier is responsible for the condition and or damage of your vehicle while it is in there possession. The carrier solely shall be responsible for all obligations to customer KVB Auto Transport will share the carrier insurance policy information upon request but is not the entity responsible for any damages. Customer shall file all claims with the carrier identified on the bill of lading and hereby release KVB Auto Transport from any and all claims arising out of or related to any actions or inactions of the carrier. All claims must be noted and signed for at time of delivery, and submitted in writing to the assigned carrier within the terms of that carrier’s bill of lading. A Customer acknowledges that KVB Auto Transport and its carrier is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that are located inside or outside of any vehicle set for transport.

In addition, KVB Auto Transport and its carrier is not responsible for any damage of any items stored and improperly secured by the client inside or outside of the vehicle. KVB Auto Transport takes no responsibility for any damages of any kind to the vehicle during, before or after transport, this issue will be resolved between the customer and the carrier directly. Customer releases KVB Auto Transport from any claims filed with the carrier do to its actions or inactions. Customer will not load any vehicles with live animals, valuables, flammables, ammunition, firearms, alcohol, drugs, or any other items of illegal nature in this state or any other where the vehicle will be shipped and delivered. Customer releases KVB Auto Transport of any fines and legal action. Customer understands that any legal and all responsibility for the above-mentioned items including and not limited to any costs acquired will be the customers responsibility. Customer acknowledges that the transport truck is subject to inspection by Authorities of the law including IDOT at any point during and before transport. Customer understands that in case of a delay in transport delivery, or damage to any vehicles, neither KVB Auto Transport nor its carrier will be responsible for a rental car. Not at any time will KVB Auto Transport be responsible for any storage or payment for any storage of any vehicle. Upon delivery of the vehicle KVB Auto takes no responsibility thereafter.

Transport preparation

It is the customers responsibility to make sure that all agreed upon vehicles for shipment are prepared in the following matter:

  1. 1. The gas tank shall not contain more ¼ tank of fuel.
  2. 2. Any valuables and none valuables have been removed from the vehicle.
  3. 3. Any items the customer has chosen to leave in the vehicle must be confined to the trunk, and cannot exceed 100 pounds (USA).
